Position Overview:
Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and masonry skills Must be mechanically inclined Self-driven Ability to work independently and on a team Good communicator Welding and machine shop experience is a plus Must be able to adhere to company policy, safety rules and regulations, and wear PPE Shift:
Monday - Friday 5pm - 5 am Wage Range:
$26 per hour - Built in overtime for extra earning potential Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Must have Maintenance Tech experience.
Troubleshoot and solve problems in the areas of plumbing, pumps, HVAC, electrical, and pneumatics.
Periodic inspections and servicing of equipment.
Assists with completion of system modifications and improvement projects.
General grounds keeping, and facility related maintenance.
Fabrication and repair of parts.
Light maintenance on material handling equipment.
Report to Manager daily for work schedule.
Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance.
Recommended Skills Carpentry Communication Hvac Machinery Maintenance Manufacturing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
